I’ve never cooked professionally.
Not so much a hobby as I’ve taken to putting more effort into making food rather than just cooking it and started making effort into having it look appealing to the eye as well as the stomach.
I enjoy cooking but sometimes I don’t even have the energy to do that.
If anything it also gives me another method of relaxing when I’m not cleaning cars.

I’ve not had Pop Tarts in about 20 years or so.
Are they still warm to the touch while the inside is like lava?

I’m not sure. I rarely toast mine. But the inside DOES tend to get really hot whenever I do, so yeah, that’s pretty accurate.

A vodka and coke if I recall.
I’ve three Amstell and three Guinness Draught left. I’ve rum, vodka and whisky though. The rum I’d been drinking up until shortly before.

If I won the lottery, that’s what I’d do.
Have a nice indoor wash and detailing area, with a diner on the side and a small games room for the car owners to chill and relax while I did their cars for free .
Unfortunately I very much have shitty night shift job that pays the bills.
